"Fluffy and Stuffy" - impressions of the new female voters of 1928 by Italian caricaturist Garretto. Rather unfair stereotyping with the pretty blonde on the left and the sensible booted woman on the right, but an interesting representation of the universal enfranchisement of women over the age of 21 in 1928.
