Interior of the Palm House at Kew Gardens. Built by the Irish engineer, Richard Turner and architect, Decimus Burton between 1844-1848, the glasshouse was an extraordinary feat of engineering and remains today an iconic building and the world's most important surviving Victorian glass and iron structure.
