May Day Festival in Knutsford, Cheshire town, taking place every year, were children dress-up in costumes, shepherdesses, milkmaids and folkloric figures like Robin Hood, Little John and Maid Marion. To celebrate the event the crowning of the years 'May Day Queen', pageant, which was given a garland of flowers at the Maypole.
