Lady Hester Lucy Stanhope (1776 - 1839), English traveller, pictured in Middle-Eastern garb smoking a pipe. In the early 19th century Lady Stanhope travelled in the Levant, Palmyra and to Jerusalem and in 1814 settled on Mount Lebanon.
