Auto-Salon-Luxe touring car, an itinerant 'hotel' on wheels, in France, 1920. This car, which could seat 15 people in the salon, was built for a Belgian sportsman to hunt in Algeria. By 1920 it was for hire for tourists to view the battlefields of the First World War.
