Lord and Lady Francis Scottt at the Njoro Polo Ground in Kenya. Lady Francis Scott was Lady Eileen Elliot and Lord Francis was the brother of the Duke of Buccleuch. Lord Scott had settled in Kenya in 1919 on the soldier-settlement scheme. His wife was the daughter of the former Viceroy of India, the Earl of Minto.
