Both debutantes wearing beautiful dresses by Russell and Allen for May Court. (left) Leaf-green satin is chosen for the debutante's frock, the train and high-waisted bodie being adorned with a trellis formed of rouleaux of satin. (right) Thousands of steel beads on the gown of fine grey English silk net set off to perfection. Hand embroidery gives weight to the slender skirt, the lines of which are not obsured by the net train.
