Interior, with passengers, of a mock-up of the planned interior of the Air France SNCASE SE.200 flying boat, displayed at the 1938 Salon de l'Aeronautique in Paris. The first SE.200 was named 'Rochambeau'. Some of the passengers enjoy the comfort of the bar. The service was intended to fly from Paris to New York, carrying 20 passengers in addition to the crew, but was disrupted by the outbreak of war.
