Description | Modes for the Riviera sunshine, 1931 |
Details |
Fashions for wearing on the French Riviera. Above is a frock of pale eucalyptus green hopsack and a jacket of the same light woollen material in a deep shade of myrtle. Both the jacket and frock are adorned with jaunty little bows in the two colourways. Available from Mme. Barri's. The wide brimmed hat on the right is one of the many attractive new models in the collection at Woollands (in 1931 at least!). It is of fine straw swathed with ribbon, and the brim cleverly contrives to be shady and yet to reveal the forehead in the approved manner.
