An advertisement in The Tatler promoting Mother's Day during the First World War, giving suggestions about nice things to do for mothers, even if she isn't your own! The idea was conceived by Mr J. A. Whitehead of Richmond and the photograph shows a trip given to 200 mothers on the river.
