Two Nationalist volunteers reloading their rifles as they fire at a Republican position near San Sebastian, northern Spain, during the early stages of the Spanish Civil War, 1936. These men were new recruits to the Nationalist cause and, as such, had not yet been issued a uniform, wearing just a forage cap as identification.
