The ruins of the hotel in Glenrowan after the siege. Ned Kelly and his gang attempted to derail a train carrying a number of police officers. A hostage who managed to escape, warned the oncoming train which came to a halt just in time. The police then laid siege on the hotel, killing three members of the Kelly gang and capturing Ned Kelly himself.
