Colonel Sydney Maidment, chief secretary to the Salvation Army in Canada; 8. Mr W Leonard Palmer, journalist; 9. Mr G H Bolton; 10. Brigadier-General S H Walker of the Salvation Army; 11. Mr Harold Neville, the well-known actor, of Laurence Irving's company.
