Restorations in the desert: repair work among the monuments of Petra, Jordan. This picture shows the closing stages of repair to fallen column which is part of the facade of the Khazne(treasury). The upper portion of the capital(hollowed to diminish the weight)is raised in readiness. See picture 10267353.
