Description | Piper watching fish leaping and dancing on the shore |
Details |
I want none of your leaping and dancing now -- an illustration to the children's story, Harry and Herodotus, or Tales of an Old Traveller. Showing a piper who played his pipe by the seashore, thinking that the fish would leap and dance to his playing. When nothing happened, he caught some fish in a net and dragged them ashore, and they all began to leap and dance, but he was no longer interested.
