Prince and Princess of Wales, (futhure King Edward VII of Britain and Queen Alexandra consort), with their first child, a year after their marriage, Prince Albert Victor, Duke of Clarence and Avondale (1864 – 1892), who died at a young age of influenza in the great influenza pandemic of 1889–92, then developed pneumonia.
