Prince Edward of Wales (future Edward VIII) and then Duke of Windsor, was cheif of the scouts for wales, photographed here with Robert Baden-Powell, spending a night under canvas at the great camp at Wembley of Boy Scouts, taking part in the Empire Jamboree at the Exhibition. Prince Edward was a supporter of the scout movement which had been founded by General Robert Baden-Powell in 1908.
