Princess Alexandra of Wales, later Queen Alexandra consort to Edward VII at Balmoral Estate. Giving a pony ride with a panniers (side baskets) with her two eldest children, Prince Albert Victor, (Eddie), later Duke of Clarence and Avondale (1864 - 1892), who fell ill with influenza in the great influenza pandemic of 1889–92, then developed pneumonia and died and Prince George (1865 - 1936), (later George V).
