Portrait of Barbara Woolworth Hutton (1912-1979), socialite, heiress and philanthropist, dubbed the "poor little rich girl", at the time she was Princess Mdivani after marrying the first of her seven husbands. Caricatured by Sirra in The Bystander, one of a long series written by Charles Gay and caricatured by Sirra called Celebrities in Cameo.
