The Puerta del Cambron is a door in the western sector of the Spanish city of Toledo in Castilla -La Mancha. Previously also called "Gate of the Jews" one or " Puerta de Santa Leocadia " 2 has been speculated that the name of the door, the Cambron , had its origin in the growth of a bush or thorny plant in top of the ruins of one of the towers , before the last reconstruction of the gate, in 1576.
