Princess Elizabeth of York attends the sixth birthday part of the Master of Carnegie at Elseck House, on 23rd September 1935. From left to right is Miss Zoe D'Erlanger, Princess Margaret, Master of Carnegie, Princess Elizabeth, Hon. Mary Anna Stuart and Master Wolrige-Gordon. The Master of Carnegie was the only son of Lady Maud Duff, daughter of Princess Louse, the Princess Royal and was consequently the Queen's second cousin.
