Queen Ena (1887-1969) of Spain. Formerly Princess Victoria Eugenie (Ena) of Battenberg, she was the daughter of Princess Beatrice and granddaughter of Queen Victoria. She married King Alfonso XIII of Spain in 1906 and together they had six children. The Spanish Royal family went into exile in 1931 following the proclamation of the Spanish Republic. Queen Ena is the grandmother of the current King Juan Carlos of Spain.
