Queen Victoria (smiling) with her youngest daughter Princess Beatrice together with the Queen's grandaughter and Beatrice's niece, Victoria of Hesse-Darmstadt. The baby is Victoria's eldest child, Prince Alice of Battenberg, born in 1885. She later married Prince Andrew of Greece and became the mother of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
