Description Queen Victoria's saloon in the royal carriage 1861
Details

The saloon of Queen Victoria' s carriage on the London and North Western Railway. The carriage was designed at an estimated cost of ú3000. The carriage body had three floors with oak and cork used to reduce the vibrations and block out as much noise as possible.
