The visit of Queen Victoria to Leeds : Her Majesty passing the Sunday School children on Woodhouse Moor. According to the Illustrated London News, nearly 29000 children of the charity and free schools, of every age and religious denomination were gathered, along with 60000 to 70000 persons who had made the best of the vantage-ground presented to catch a glimpse of the Queen.
