A wheelbarrow filled with racing greyhound pups at the G.R.A. Staffordshire breeding ground, prior to transfer to the kennels at Northaw, Middlesex. At Northaw, the process of training for dog racing at White City begins, including wearing a collar, learning to lead, breaking from the trap until the 'polished' racing greyhound is ready to 'flash' round the White City Racecourse at nearly 40 m.p.h.
