REGINALD McKENNA (1863 - 1943) British banker and Liberal politician, serving as Home Secretary and Chancellor of the Exchequer during the Asquith premiership, pictured with his wife, the former Miss Pamela Margaret Jekyll, on his way to make his war-budget speech in September 1915 where he had to make provision for a massive £1,590,000 budget.
