In the right foreground are the Prince of Wales (later Edward VIII), the Duke of York (later George VI), Prince Henry and the Duke of Connaught. In the front row, l to r, are Lloyd George, Bonar Law, Lord Curzon and Winston Churchill. Asquith is just behind Lloyd George.
