A British soldier holding a life-size replica card of a German shell, as thrown by big siege guns, complete with photographs of places in which the shells had inflicted particular damage - Liege, Namur, Longwy and Maubeuge. The card bears the motto, 'With God for King and Fatherland,' and was available for the cost of 1d. in the Berlin streets according to The Sketch magazine.
