Picture No 10411884
Date 1939
Description Right of way - W H Robinson
Details

Four motorists share a mutual doubt as to who has right of way at a crossroads. The solution can be found by drawing lots from a hat, preferably a policeman's helmet, but if no such head wear is available, almost any old hat will do.
