Details

A decorative chart of the route taken by the Royal wedding procession from Buckingham Palace via the Mall, the Admiralty Arch, and Whitehall, to Westminster Abbey. Backed by a sun in splendour, a Cupid with directive arrow points the way, and in his person represents romance and happiness for bridge and bridegroom (Princess Elizabeth and Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten).
