Some of the 2000 guests at teh wedding reception following the marriage of the Duke of Kent to Miss Katherine Worsley at York Minster on 8 June 1961. The reception was held at Hovingham Hall, the bride's family home, and guests can be seen strolling about on the extensive lawns beside a vast marquee.
