Russo-German naval action in the Baltic during the First World War which led to the destruction of a German destroyer and mine layer and the torpedoing of a German pre-dreadnought battleship. Showing the Russian armoured cruiser Rurik which took part in the action, a key map showing where the action took place, the type of German battleship which was torpedoed, and a drawing of the three naval incidents in the Baltic between Gothland and the Russian coast.
