Description Salvador Dali in London
Details

The surrealist artist, Salvador Dali (1904-1989), stands by a set of traffic lights in London in December 1951, when his second London exhibition was held at the Lefevre Gallery. It is said, in the accompanying article, that he claimed his inspiration was drawn from atmospheric vibrations through the antennae of this carefully-tended moustache.
