Sir Richard Woodman Burbidge, 2nd Baronet (1872 - 1945), Chairman of Harrods department store in Knightsbridge, London. Pictured in The Sketch at the time he had been awarded the CBE. During the First World War, he was a member of the Stores Purchase Advisory Committee of Explosive Supply, and of the Staff Investigating Committee, Ministry of Munitions.
