A section of the crowd assembled to watch the 1901 F.A. Cup Final, at Crystal Palace, between Tottenham Hotspur and Sheffield United. Officially, 114,000 supporters gathered to watch the match although this might not include those seen, in the top of this photograph, sitting on nearby trees and roof-tops.
