Page from the Bystander showing, from top left, lady Chesham with her greyhound, Silver Chain, a runner at White City stadium, The American polo team which defeated England by 13 goals to 3 in the first International Test Match and by 8 goals to 5 in the second, Miss Dorothy Dickson, actress, photographed with one of her greyhounds, the sport being described by the Bystander as 'the mode of the moment', the Rt Hon Neville Chamberlain photographed on Deeside salmon fishing and finally, Captain Malcolm Campbell beaming with satisfaction after winning the Grand Prix des Voitures Legeres at Boulogne. Driving a Bugatti, he made a mean speed of 108km 200m per hour.
