Description SS 'Berengaria' Passing Spithead, 1935
Details

Cunard Liner SS 'Berengaria' passing through the lines of the British Fleet, assembled for the Spithead Review, on her homeward journey from New York. The 'Berengaria', built in 1912 for the Hamburg-American Line and previously known as 'Imperator', was a 52,226-ton liner of 883 ft long, with a speed of 23 knots. In 1938 she was sold for scrap, in New York.
