Some of the men at the Convalescent Hospital at Summerdown Camp, Eastbourne, who had become experts in needlework as part of their rehabilitation. The Sphere, where this photograph was published, mentions that when the King and Queen visited the camp, their Majesties were much interested in the work done by members of the Needlework Guild.
