C D Howe, Canadian Minister of Munitions and Supply (centre) with E P Taylor, Joint Director of the Canadian Ministry of Munitions and W C Woodworth, also a member of the department, together with other survivors of the Western Prince torpedoed in the Atlantic off the Irish coast after leaving New York on 6th December 1940.
