Tatler front cover featuring American actress, talk show host and bonne vivante, Tallulah Bankhead (1902 - 1968). Pictured at the time she had been selected to play Iris Storm, the lead role in the dramatised version of The Green Hat, based on the sensational novel of the period by Michael Arlen.
