Diagrammatic drawing giving an impression of the huge quantities of food and drink transported from London by the firm J. Lyons to Aberdeen to cater for a great banquet given by Lord Strathcona to 2,500 guests. As well as the food, 750 waiters, chefs, porters and cloak-room attendants were conveyed up to London by two special trains.
