The British Valhalla -- The Wars and Conquests in France. Depicting the Countess de Montfort (Joanna of Flanders, Duchess of Brittany) waiting for help to arrive, and saluting Sir Walter Manny, who helped her to withstand a siege. She led the Montfortist cause during the War of the Breton Succession after the capture of her husband, fighting back and showing great skill as a military leader.
