Steam printing machines used by the weekly periodical, The Illustrated London News. There were two separate machines; one for printing one side of the paper, and the other for printing the other. These machines were powered by a six-horse power steam-engine. Each machine consisted of a great traversing table supported in an iron framework, and four cylinders, two of mahogany, two of iron.
