The Irish Parliamentary party (also called the Irish Party or Home Rule Party) was formed in 1882 by Charles Stewart Parnell. It's principal objectives were legislative independence for Ireland and land reform.~~~~Parnell can be seen standing, in the act of addressing his followers at the London head-quarters of the party.
