Description | The Leap Frog Railway |
Details |
An amusing illustration of the latest sensational railway design, the 'Leap Frog' railway. The railway consists of a track about five hundred feet long. Two cars were intended to rush towards each other from opposite ends. By means of a series of guides leading up to a set of rails passing over the roof of each car, one vehicle was intended to override the other. At the point that the carriages looked like they would collide one car passed over the roof of the other while continuing safely on.
