Actress Shirley Kellogg pictured wearing an exquisite fringed dress of peau de soie embellished with silver and diamonds, the starring costume in the theatrical show, Razzle Dazzle staged at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in July 1916. The dress was designed and made by Elspeth Phelps of 29 Albemarle Street.
