King George V made his coronation year visit to Ireland, staying in Dublin. The people of Dublin give King George V and Queen Mary a warm welcome on the occasion of the royal visit in 1911.1. The King inspecting some of the girls of the Drummond Institute at the Royal Hospital. 2. Similar to the Royal Procession at Ascot: their majesties arrival at the Phoenix Park races. 3. More loyal than some of their municipal govenors: the great throng of enthusiastic Irishmen round Grattan's statue.
