Description	The Shadow by Lionel Terry
Details	Report in The Sketch about 'The Shadow', a book by Lionel Terry protesting about alien immigration. Edward Lionel Terry (1873 -1952) was a New Zealand white supremacist and murderer, incarcerated in psychiatric institutions after murdering a Chinese immigrant, Mr. Joe Kum Yung, in Wellington, New Zealand in 1905. Terry claimed to have committed the murder in order to draw attention to his book. See picture number 12747026 for a portrait of Terry.
