Cunard-White Star liner 'Berengaria' at her pier in the River Hudson. Built in 1912 for the Hamburg-American Line as 'Imperator', the 'Berengaria' suffered a fire in her main lounge in 1938 and, though the damage was not considered great at first, she was sold for scrap in New York later that year.
